## The situation
Every team had its own numbers. Clinical, scheduling, billing and marketing each lived in a different system. A customer could be three different people depending on who you asked. Reports were assembled by hand, disagreed with each other, and arrived too late to act on. Reevia needed all of it in HubSpot, where the sales and marketing teams already worked, without replacing any of the four systems and without a migration project that would take a year.

## What was built
An integration service that pulls records from each source, deduplicates and maps them to one model, and writes them to HubSpot with every field traceable back to where it came from. Changes propagate in under 50 seconds, so what the team sees is what is happening now.

The build covered one identity per customer across four systems, every HubSpot field traceable to its source record, monitoring and alerts so a broken sync is seen before it is felt, and a runbook and hand-over for the customer’s team.

## The result
More than two million records unified, a single customer view in HubSpot, and reports that nobody has to assemble by hand. In production four weeks after kickoff.
